I cannot live without You near
The world , is wicked I do fear
Although faith in You makes me strong
We live in a world that has gone wrong
I know You are sad when you see
Your people hurting, not knowing Thee.
I pray oh God that I might be
A faithful vessel used by Thee
To be ever mindful of my task
When in Heaven you will ask
How many souls did you lead to me
Or were you too busy to be on your knees
Your mind wandering as you tried to pray
What will I wear to work today?
Oh hear me my child I wait for you
I walk beside you in the morning dew
I see the frown upon your face
You have not fallen from my Grace.
I hurt with you , I see your tears
I want to help you, to calm your fears
Please come to Me, as Time runs out
Before Jesus returns with a shout.
